We will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit on any of our standard products within 10 days of purchase. We require an RA number for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us at: returns@justbuzzinby.com to obtain an RA number and return/exchange instructions. We do not accept returns or exchanges without an RA number. All return/exchange items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Shipping and handling is non-refundable on return/exchange items. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and are at the discretion of Just Buzzin' By. Licensed products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of damaged goods. All sale and discount items are final sale.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. Our shipping costs are flat rate fees that are dependent on total dollar amounts.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days for in-stock items. Due to the high d emand of our products, occasionally we are out of stock of certain styles/items. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship orders as ready and ship back-ordered styles/items when they are available.
